Venue

Tucked between the medieval towns of Chinon and Richelieu,

The Farm is nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley, a region

of rolling vineyards, golden fields, and peaceful woodlands.

For your host Kira, this 700-year-old farm has been a home from

home since birth, a haven where summers were spent barefoot

in the garden, exploring the surrounding countryside with family

and friends. Over the last decade, the farmhouse has been lovingly

restored by her brother Sam, along with family and friends, into a

warm, welcoming retreat space. This is a place that holds stories,

laughter, and love in its walls, and now it’s ready to hold you, too.

Wellness & Creative Practices

Our retreat offers a gentle structure of daily wellness and creative sessions designed to nourish, not overwhelm. Each practice is an invitation, never an obligation.

  • Yoga & Meditation: led each morning by Jasmine, blending mindful movement, breath, and self-inquiry. Suitable for all levels.

  • 1:1 Tarot: a personal hour to explore your inner landscape, guided by Kira.

  • Creative Workshops: including still-life drawing and lino printing; expressive, playful, and grounding.

  • Group Circles & Journaling: spaces for reflection, connection, and story-sharing in the yurt or by the fire.

  • Nature Walks & Forest Bathing: gentle explorations of the surrounding countryside.

These sessions are held in a spirit of warmth and curiosity, allowing each guest to connect with themselves and others in a meaningful way.

Excursions & Downtime

Alongside our daily wellness and creative practices, we’ll spend time exploring and simply being in the beauty of rural France. These gentle adventures are woven into the retreat to give a true sense of place, connection, and joy.

  • A visit to a local château, rich with history and surrounded by stunning gardens

  • A leisurely trip to the local market, full of seasonal produce, flowers and artisan goods

  • An evening at a nearby bar for nibbles, drinks and (if we’re lucky) a little live music

  • Forest bathing at the riverside with the option of a refreshing wild water dip

Every afternoon, you’ll also have dedicated downtime to do exactly what you need. Float in the pool, melt into the sauna, journal beneath a tree, book in your tarot reading, read, play games, or simply rest. This is your time, slow, spacious, and just for you.

Food

One of the heartbeats of this retreat is the food, homecooked, seasonal and full of soul. Every meal is lovingly prepared with fresh, locally sourced, and garden-grown ingredients, celebrating the flavours of the French countryside.

Your hosts, Kira and Jasmine, are not only here to hold space and guide your retreat journey, but also to cook nourishing, delicious meals for you each day. Both are avid foodies who believe that sharing food is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together.

To complement your meals, we’ll also be serving local wines sourced from nearby vineyards, a carefully chosen selection of red, white, and rosé to enjoy, if you wish, as the sun sets and conversation flows.

All dietary preferences and intolerances are respected and thoughtfully catered for. With the help of our wonderful kitchen hands, we’ll create vibrant vegetarian dishes designed to leave you feeling satisfied, grounded and deeply cared for.

Hosts

This retreat has been lovingly co-created by Kira and Jasmine, who have seamlessly woven their shared passion for wellness, community, and creativity into every part of the experience. With their easy-going nature, sense of humour, and deep care for the people who join them, they bring a grounded yet joyful energy to the retreat.

Together, they balance and complement one

another beautifully. Kira guiding the more

mind-focused sessions through tarot, coaching,

reflective practices, and soulful circles, while

Jasmine leads the body-based offerings, including

yoga, movement, and embodied self-inquiry.

Both are deeply passionate about creating spaces

where people feel safe, seen, and free to simply be

themselves. Their approach is rooted in authenticity,

warmth, and gentle encouragement, so whether

you’re arriving solo or with friends, you’ll be

welcomed like family.

When it comes to community, Kira and Jas

wholeheartedly believe in the magic that happens

when people gather with open hearts. Every moment

of this retreat, from workshops to shared meals,

is curated with intention, care, and a touch of playfulness.
