Coaching nurtures your self-discovery journey, guiding you toward your goals through collaborative conversations, encouragement, and recognizing your unique skills and strengths. I won't impose advice or assumptions—instead, I provide a supportive framework for you to uncover your solutions, enhance authenticity, shift your mindset, and boost overall well-being.
1:1 coaching sessions can be online or in person in Brighton. My experience is within coaching psychology and positive psychology, where I have had in-depth training to masters level to offer you the best service possible! I use a multitude of techniques to guide the sessions depending on the client, which can include nature walks, wellbeing practices (such as meditation or movement), Positive Psychology coaching and interventions, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, picture cards and tarot, and other immersive and creative tools (such as toys, objects, writing and drawing).
