POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
The science of happiness
Positive psychology is often described in many ways, but at its heart, it’s the study of what makes life most worth living (Peterson, 2008).

It’s a scientific approach to understanding human thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — with a focus on strengths, not weaknesses; on building what’s good, rather than fixing what’s broken; and on helping everyday lives flourish, not just lifting those who are struggling up to “normal” (Peterson, 2008). Having completed a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I bring these principles into my work to help you connect with your strengths, cultivate wellbeing, and create meaningful change in your life.
