Movement and mindfulness for kids and adults

Kids Running

I have had time during lock-down to come up with a new venture for children. This will be a new kind of kids club which benefits both physical AND mental health. One part movement, one part mindfulness, each session makes sure children are staying fit and healthy, and sharing their feelings in a safe space. There will also be themes each week and a strong connection to nature. 

There will also be an adult version!
