Coaching explores your curiosity about who you are and who you want to be through guidance and identification of your goals. This is achieved via collaborative conversation, encouragement and understanding your skills and strengths for self-discovery and development. I am not there to therapise or offer advice, impose views or assume! Instead, as your coach, I provide a framework for you to find your own solutions for fulfillment, authenticity, create mindset shifts and to enhance your overall well-being.
1:1 coaching sessions can be online or in person in Brighton. My experience is within coaching psychology, where I have had in-depth training to masters level to offer you the best service possible! I use a multitude of techniques to guide the sessions depending on the client, which can include nature walks, wellbeing practices (such as meditation or movement), Positive Psychology coaching and interventions, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, picture cards and tarot, and other immersive and creative tools (such as toys, objects, writing and drawing).
